Watch this to build a styled list of links as one paragraph, where every individual link can carry its own HTML attributes.
One unlimited link field
The Quicklinks bundle is deliberately small: a Content Title and a link field with unlimited cardinality. Each row takes a URL and an optional link text, and the field is configured to accept both internal paths and external addresses, so a footer list can mix your own pages with outside references in the same paragraph.
The widget is what makes it different
Instead of core's plain link widget, this field uses the widget supplied by the contributed Link Attributes module, which the sub-module declares as a dependency. That gives each row its own attribute controls rather than one setting applied to the whole list — so one link can open in a new tab while the next carries a rel value or an extra class, with no template override.
No Twig template of its own
Worth knowing before you start theming it: Quicklinks ships no template file and no stylesheet. It renders through the parent module's default paragraph template with core's standard link formatter, and every visual decision is made in the Display tab — background colour and opacity, text and hover colours, border style and colour, radius, margin, padding, width, card shadow, and a free-text field for any extra w3.css class.
The W3CSS Paragraphs module page lists the bundles that do ship their own templates.
Core requirement
Drupal 10, 11 and 12 with PHP 8.1 or above. If your site is already on 11.3 or later you also have the option of Paragraphs Bundles; below that, this project is the one that will install.
If your project needs a custom bundle or module rather than a stock one, Drupal development services covers it, and recent projects show the range.
